Quick answer
Is MENA Proxies down?
Check the gateway yourself in one line: curl -x http://USERNAME-country-ae:[email protected]:7777 https://ipinfo.io/json. If it returns a UAE IP, MENA Proxies is working and the problem is with the target or the country you chose. Incidents are listed below with their dates; none is recorded on this page as of 13 October 2026. Support: [email protected].

Is it the gateway, the target or the country?
- The gateway answers with an IP from the right country: the service works; the target may be slow, rate-limiting you or blocked by policy (Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587).
- Requests to one country fail, others work: supply in that country may be low at that moment, or the country may be in a national internet shutdown, as happens in Iraq during exam periods. Try again later or use country targeting without a city.
- Every request fails with 407: check the username and password.
- Every request times out: check the port and your own network, then write to support.
How do I report a problem?
Email [email protected] with the time and time zone, the country and city in the username, the target, the error and, for payments, the transaction ID. Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week.
