Quick answer
Which personal data does MENA Proxies hold?
MENA Proxies holds an account number, order and top-up records and traffic totals, plus connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes) kept for up to 30 days for abuse reports and billing disputes. It does not log the content of your requests, full URLs or page data. An email address exists only if you choose to add one. There is no KYC, so no name, ID, selfie or address is collected. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.
Who is the data controller?
ProxyGoat LLC, the Delaware limited liability company (USA) that runs MENA Proxies. Write to [email protected] for any question or request about your data.

Records we do not create
- Identity data: no passport, ID card, selfie, proof of address or company registration, because there is no KYC.
- Card or bank data: payment is in crypto only.
- Request content: the content of your requests, full URLs and page data are not logged.
Our upstream network provider may keep its own logs under its own policy; see sourcing.
Who else sees anything?
- The payment processor, which we do not name publicly, sees the amount and on-chain data of a top-up, and nothing that identifies you beyond what the blockchain itself shows.
- Partner networks see what they need to carry traffic and to deal with abuse reports about it.
- Authorities: we disclose records only when the law requires it, and only records we hold, listed above; our upstream provider keeps its own.
No one else, and never for marketing. Remember that blockchain transfers are public: choose the wallet you pay from with that in mind.
Cookies
One session cookie keeps you signed in to the client area and disappears when you sign out or the session ends. The public site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long records are kept
- Connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes): up to 30 days, then deleted.
- Account number, orders, top-up records and traffic totals: while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as accounting rules require.
Ask [email protected] if you need the period for another item.
Your rights and how to use them
You can ask to see your data, correct it, or delete the account with everything linked to it. Send the request from the account's email; without an email on the account, we may not be able to confirm that the account is yours. After deletion, the balance can no longer be used.
Where you live may add rights: the EU and UK GDPR, the UAE's Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021 on the protection of personal data, and Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law are examples. We reply within the time limit of the law that applies to you.
Security, age and updates
Stored records are protected by reasonable technical and organisational measures. Your account number doubles as your login, so store it in a password manager, use one sub-user per project and replace any proxy password that may have leaked. We never ask for your account number by email or chat.
The service is for adults (18+), and we do not knowingly hold data about minors. The date at the top identifies this version; significant edits are listed in the changelog.
