Quick answer

Which Middle East and North African countries can I target with residential proxies?

MENA Proxies sells residential proxies with country targeting in 14 MENA countries: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Israel, Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia. Traffic costs $1.88 for 1 GB and $5.94 for 10 GB, as of October 2026, at the same price in every country. Prepaid residential and rotating-mobile traffic never expires: unused GB stay on your account until you use them. No KYC; paid in crypto.

Which MENA countries have a page?

Each page lists the country's home-broadband and mobile networks, its main online stores and search languages, and the local rules on proxies and crypto, with sources.

Which countries in the region have no page here?

  • Palestine, Libya and Sudan: no page for now, until supply there is confirmed.
  • Iran: no page and no marketing, because of US and EU sanctions.
  • Yemen: no page and no marketing, because of US sanctions risk on local networks since the terrorism designation of Ansarallah took effect on 5 March 2025.
  • Syria: no page and no marketing for now.

Some countries are not available, for legal or sourcing reasons, including countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions. Whatever the country, the Acceptable Use Policy forbids using the service for or on behalf of sanctioned people, entities or places.

The same plans also work in many countries outside the region, at checkout, except where sanctions or local law forbid it under the Acceptable Use Policy. This site only publishes pages for the 14 countries above.

What is a residential proxy, and why use one for MENA checks?

A residential proxy sends your request through the internet connection of a home, so the site you check sees a household IP from that country's broadband provider, such as e& or du in the UAE, stc in Saudi Arabia or WE in Egypt. A data-centre IP shows up as a hosting company instead.

That difference matters in the region because large stores and ad platforms localise by IP: noon and Amazon show prices in AED, SAR or EGP and change delivery promises by city, and Google localises results by the location of the IP since it moved country domains to google.com in 2025. A check run from Europe or the US sees a different page.

How do country and city targeting work?

Targeting goes in the proxy username, so any tool that accepts a proxy URL can use it:

  • Country: USERNAME-country-ae (two-letter ISO code, in lower case). Works on every plan.
  • City: USERNAME-country-ae-city-dubai; city IDs are lower case with _ for spaces, such as abu_dhabi. Works where the pool has IPs online in that city at that moment. The dashboard and the API call GET /v1/catalog/countries/AE/cities (upper case in the API, lower case in the username) list the cities you can target.
  • Operator (ASN): USERNAME-country-ae-asn-5384 exits on e& in the UAE, at no extra cost; GET /v1/catalog/countries/AE/asns lists the ASNs online in a country, and availability varies.
  • Sticky session: add -session-<id>-ttl-<minutes> to keep one IP for up to 30 minutes (the IP can change earlier).

Without a session ID, each new connection gets an IP from the pool, usually a different one; clients that keep connections open (sessions, browsers) keep the same IP until the connection closes. Use a session for checkouts, logins to your own test accounts or any flow with several steps.

Rotating or sticky: which one for which check?

Residential, mobile or static: which one do I need?

Residential traffic is the default for price, search and most ad checks, and from 5 GB it costs less per GB than mobile traffic. Rotating 4G/5G mobile traffic ($1.50/GB) shows what phone users on carrier networks see, which matters for mobile-only ads and apps. A dedicated mobile port ($20.25 for 30 days) gives one carrier IP that you rotate yourself.

MENA Proxies does not sell static residential (ISP) proxies. A sticky session of up to 30 minutes (the IP can change earlier) covers most flows that need one IP; see static vs rotating residential proxies in the UAE for the cases where it does not.

How much do MENA residential proxies cost?

One price per GB in every country: $1.88 for 1 GB, $5.94 for 10 GB, $50 for 100 GB and $500 for 1 TB, as of October 2026.

In every plan: Protocols: HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5 · Targeting: Country and city on every plan; ASN at no extra cost; city availability varies · Sessions: Rotating or sticky (up to 30 minutes) · Authentication: Username and password, or an IP allowlist (up to 10 IPs) · Traffic expiry: Never expires

Residential proxies: questions

Which protocols do MENA Proxies residential proxies support?

HTTP, HTTPS (CONNECT) and SOCKS5. Connect to gw.menaproxies.com on port 7777 for HTTP and HTTPS or port 7778 for SOCKS5. Use SOCKS5 with remote DNS (--socks5-hostname in curl) so that the hostname is resolved by the proxy, not on your machine (in Python, socks5h:// needs pip install "requests[socks]").

How many IPs do you have in each country?

MENA Proxies does not publish IP counts. Pool size claims differ widely between providers and are hard to check. The dashboard shows live availability per country before you buy, and the 1 GB plan ($1.88) lets you test your own targets first.

Can I use one plan for several countries?

Yes. A plan is a volume of traffic, not a country. Change country-ae to country-eg in the username and the same GB balance is used. Sub-users let you split one plan between clients or projects and see each one's usage.

Do you sell static residential or ISP proxies for the UAE?

No. MENA Proxies sells rotating residential traffic with sticky sessions of up to 30 minutes (the IP can change earlier), plus dedicated mobile ports. If you need the same IP for days, a dedicated mobile port is the closest product; see the comparison of static and rotating options.

Which sites are blocked?

Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587. These blocks apply in every country and protect people from fraud. The full list of allowed and forbidden uses is in the Acceptable Use Policy.
