Terms of Service

The contract behind every purchase, written as the questions buyers ask: who you are dealing with, what you get for your money, and where our commitments stop.

Quick answer

What do the MENA Proxies Terms of Service say, in short?

You prepay a US-dollar balance in crypto and spend it on residential traffic, rotating mobile traffic or dedicated ports from MENA Proxies, with an account number and no KYC. Prepaid traffic never expires. Money comes back only as the refund policy describes, every request must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and local law, and abuse closes the account. The seller is ProxyGoat LLC (Delaware, USA).

Who am I contracting with?

With ProxyGoat LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States, which operates MENA Proxies. The team has been in the proxy business since 2019. These Terms govern the gateway, the site at https://menaproxies.com, the client area and the API. Buying a plan or routing a request through the gateway means you accept them, together with the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.

Who may buy?

Adults of 18 or more who can enter a contract where they live. Not allowed: buying from a country we do not serve, where the service is unlawful, or where sanctions binding on us prohibit the sale; and paying in crypto from a country whose law forbids it to you (see the rules by country). A plan serves your own or your organisation's projects; offering our access to others as your own product needs our written consent.

We may refuse or suspend service in case of abuse, fraud or a legal obligation. The service is not available in countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions.

What exactly do I get?

  • Residential traffic by the GB. Targeting: Country and city targeting on every plan; ASN targeting at no extra cost. City availability varies.
  • Rotating 4G/5G mobile traffic by the GB, and dedicated mobile ports by the day, while modems are in stock.
  • The gateway, the client area and the API. Username and password on every plan, or an IP allowlist (up to 10 IPs). Sub-users with their own credentials and traffic cap. API keys you can revoke at any time.

Exit IPs are real home and carrier connections reached through partner networks (sourcing); they appear and disappear through the day. We therefore commit to no particular address, no number of addresses and no supply in a given country or city at a given minute. Live IP availability per country is shown in the dashboard before you buy; no IP count is published.

How does the account work?

Account-number login; email is optional. No KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents to sign up, top up or buy. Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered. You answer for whatever is done with your account number, your proxy passwords, your sub-users and your API keys, so keep them private. If you add an email address, keep it valid so that security and order messages reach you.

How do payment and prices work?

Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. You fund a prepaid balance with BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, at least $25 each time, and buy from it.

  • Send the exact amount, on the exact network shown on the payment page; funds sent otherwise or after the window closes may not be recoverable.
  • Your wallet pays the network fee.
  • Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not paid back, except where the law requires it.
  • A new price applies from the moment it is published, to later purchases only.

MENA Proxies sells proxy access, not crypto services: it does not exchange, store or transfer crypto for anyone, and it holds no virtual-asset licence.

When is an order delivered?

Credentials appear in your dashboard as soon as you buy a plan from your confirmed crypto balance. If a paid order is still missing once the network confirmations are complete, or if a dedicated port cannot be provided in the country you chose, the Refund Policy credits it back.

How is traffic measured?

Prepaid residential and rotating-mobile traffic never expires: unused GB stay on your account until you use them. Usage counts all data sent and received through the proxy (upload and download, headers included). 1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes. Connection attempts that fail before reaching the target are not counted. A plan stops serving once its volume is spent. Unused traffic is lost if you delete your account or if it is closed for a breach of these terms. If we stop selling a product, we give at least 30 days' notice to use the remaining traffic or move its value to another product.

Unlimited data on your dedicated port, under fair use: the carrier may slow or pause very heavy use. One customer per modem, no resale. Proxy (data) access only: no SMS, no calls, and no direct access to the SIM card or the device. Use your port from several of your own devices and tools at the same time; bandwidth is shared between them. Reselling or sharing access with third parties is not allowed. We may slow abnormal patterns, such as floods of retries on failing requests, to protect partner networks, target sites and other customers.

What are the rules of use?

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of this contract. The gateway refuses banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587 on every plan, and working around that block is a breach. Requests made with your credentials by staff, clients, scripts or agents are treated as yours, and you must respect both the law where you are and the law of the country you connect to.

When can an account be suspended or closed?

When it breaches these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or when we must protect a partner network, a target site, other customers or third parties. An account closed for abuse loses its balance and traffic. You may stop at any time; leftover balance or traffic is credited or returned only where the Refund Policy says so.

What does MENA Proxies not promise?

  • No uptime figure. Maintenance, partner changes, national internet shutdowns and events outside our control can interrupt service; incidents go on the status page.
  • No result on any site. Sites may refuse our exits or change what they show, and geolocation databases may place an IP in different cities.
  • No permanent catalogue. Countries, features and plans can change; traffic already bought remains yours.

The service is supplied "as is" and "as available". What you collect and how you use it, including compliance with law and site terms, is your responsibility.

What is the limit of liability?

To the extent the law permits, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special and consequential loss, including loss of profit or data, and cap our total liability for any claim at the amount you paid for the order concerned. Liability the law does not allow us to limit is unaffected. If a third party claims against us because of your use in breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the law, you cover our reasonable costs and losses.

Which law applies, and how do these Terms change?

The law of the State of Delaware, USA. We may revise these Terms; the date at the top marks the version in force, which applies to purchases and use from that date.
