UAE static residential vs rotating proxies: which do you need?

Many buyers search for a UAE static residential proxy. It is a different product from rotating residential traffic, with fewer real uses than its search volume suggests. Here is what each option does, so you can pick the right one, including when it is not ours.

Quick answer

What is the difference between a UAE static residential proxy and a rotating one?

A static residential (ISP) proxy is one fixed IP, registered to a consumer ISP such as e& or du, that you keep for weeks; it is usually hosted in a data centre and billed per IP. A rotating residential proxy gives a home IP from the pool on each new connection, usually a different one, or the same one for a sticky session of up to 30 minutes (the IP can change earlier), billed per GB. MENA Proxies sells rotating residential traffic and dedicated mobile ports, not static ISP proxies.

Do you really need a static UAE IP?

Usually not. Most business checks run in steps that last minutes: open a product, add it to a cart, read the delivery fee; run a search and take a screenshot. A sticky session of up to 30 minutes (the IP can change earlier) keeps one UAE home IP for the whole flow.

You need an IP that lasts days only when a service ties a long-lived login to one address and asks for re-verification whenever it changes, and when that account is yours. Even then, a dedicated mobile port, where modems are in stock, is often a better fit: a carrier connection rather than an address hosted in a data centre, whose IP you rotate yourself.

Why are UAE static residential proxies rare and expensive?

A static residential IP has to be registered to a consumer ISP while sitting in a data centre. The UAE has two such ISPs, e& and du, so few ranges exist for resale. Byteful, for example, lists static residential IPs from $3.50 per IP on its UAE page, billed monthly, with no city choice stated.

Because these IPs are hosted, they are not household connections, even though the registry names a consumer ISP. A rotating residential IP is a real household connection, which is what a check of what home users see calls for, and it is what MENA Proxies sells.

What do the UAE options cost at MENA Proxies?

Rotating residential traffic costs $1.88 for 1 GB and $5.94 for 10 GB, with sticky sessions included. A dedicated mobile port, where modems are in stock, costs $2.63 for 1 day or $20.25 for 30 days. Prices as of October 2026.

Static and rotating proxies: questions

Does MENA Proxies sell UAE static residential proxies?

No. MENA Proxies sells rotating residential traffic with sticky sessions of up to 30 minutes (the IP can change earlier), and dedicated 4G/5G mobile ports where modems are in stock. If you need a static ISP IP, providers such as Byteful list them; check that the IP is registered to e& or du.

How do I keep the same UAE IP with a rotating proxy?

Add a session ID and a duration to the username, for example USERNAME-country-ae-session-shop1-ttl-30, to keep one UAE home IP for up to 30 minutes. Use a new session ID for each independent flow. If the home connection goes offline, the session can end early.

Is a dedicated mobile port the same as a static IP?

No. A dedicated port is one modem with one SIM for you alone, and its IP changes when you rotate it or when the carrier reassigns it. It gives you control over when the IP changes, on a real carrier connection, which covers most needs for a long-lived IP.
