Prices and plans
How much does MENA Proxies cost?
Residential traffic is $1.88 for 1 GB, $3.75 for 5 GB, $5.94 for 10 GB, $50 for 100 GB and $500 for 1 TB, the same in every country (October 2026). Rotating mobile data is $1.50/GB; a dedicated mobile port is $20.25 for 30 days. Full grid on the pricing page.
Can I test before paying for a big plan?
Yes, with the smallest plan rather than a free trial: 1 GB costs $1.88, taken from a $25 top-up whose remainder stays on your balance. That is enough to run your own checks in a couple of countries first.
Do unused GB or balance run out?
No. Residential GB have no expiry date and neither does the balance, which is never paid back out to a wallet.
Is MENA Proxies the cheapest provider in the region?
We do not say so. Our residential grid was set from named, dated competitor prices, and the price comparison puts each tier next to the cheapest competitor list price we read on 13 October 2026. Promotions, contracts and other providers can be lower.
Countries and targeting
Which countries are covered?
Fourteen, each with a page: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Israel, Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia (list). Palestine, Libya and Sudan have no page until supply there is confirmed. Some countries are not available, for legal or sourcing reasons, including countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions.
Can I get an IP in Dubai, Riyadh or Cairo specifically?
When homes in that city are online in the pool, yes: add -city-dubai, -city-riyadh or -city-cairo after the country in the username. The dashboard and the API show which cities have IPs at that moment; country targeting works whenever the country has IPs online.
How large is your pool in each country?
We do not publish counts: they are hard to verify and providers measure them differently. You see the live availability of each country in the dashboard before buying anything.
Do you have static residential or ISP proxies?
No. You get rotating residential traffic, with sticky sessions that hold an IP for up to 30 minutes (the IP can change earlier), and dedicated mobile ports. The static vs rotating comparison explains when each one fits.
Payment and account
Which coins can I pay with?
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and Litecoin, plus USDT on Tron (TRC-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20) and USDC on Ethereum. Each top-up is at least $25. Cards and bank transfers are not accepted.
Is there an identity check?
None. As a no-KYC residential proxy provider for the MENA region, MENA Proxies asks for no ID, no selfie and no documents to sign up, top up or buy. You log in with an account number; an email is optional. The Acceptable Use Policy still binds every account.
Can I pay in crypto from anywhere in the region?
No. Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq and Tunisia ban or restrict crypto for residents, and MENA Proxies takes nothing but crypto, so it is not for buyers paying from those countries. Our pages about them address companies based elsewhere.
How soon can I use the proxies?
As soon as the blockchain confirms your top-up and you buy a plan; the credentials then show in the dashboard. Typical confirmation times per coin are on the pricing page.
Rules and support
What does Gulf law say about proxies?
The texts we read focus on what is done through an IP. Article 10 of UAE Decree-Law 34 of 2021, for instance, targets using another person's IP address to commit or conceal an offence. The overview by country quotes each text with its source; it is not legal advice.
Which sites can I not reach?
Banks, government services and payment portals, plus outgoing mail on SMTP ports 25, 465 and 587, on every plan. Forbidden uses, such as fraud, entering other people's accounts or spam, are listed in the Acceptable Use Policy.
When is a purchase credited back?
Within 72 hours of buying a plan, if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB; in full if a plan or a port does not work and support cannot fix it within 24 hours, or if a port is not delivered within 24 hours. The credit goes to your balance. Details in the refund policy.
How do I reach a person?
By email: [email protected] for support, answered within about 12 hours on any day, and [email protected] for abuse reports. More on the contact page.
Which company is behind MENA Proxies?
ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA); the team has been in the proxy business since 2019. See about.
