## Is it the gateway, the target or the country?

- **The gateway answers with an IP from the right country**: the service works; the target may be slow, rate-limiting you or blocked by policy (Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587).
- **Requests to one country fail, others work**: supply in that country may be low at that moment, or the country may be in a national internet shutdown, as happens in Iraq during exam periods. Try again later or use country targeting without a city.
- **Every request fails with 407**: check the username and password.
- **Every request times out**: check the port and your own network, then write to support.

## How do I report a problem?

Email support@menaproxies.com with the time and time zone, the country and city in the username, the target, the error and, for payments, the transaction ID. Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week.
