When a residential plan, mobile traffic or a dedicated port is credited back, where the credit lands, and what is not paid back.

**Quick answer — Can I get my money back from MENA Proxies?**

A residential or rotating-mobile plan is credited back to your balance if you ask within 72 hours of purchase and used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB, or in full if it does not work and support cannot fix it within 24 hours. A dedicated port is credited in full if it is not delivered within 24 hours, or if, within 24 hours of delivery (2 hours for a 1-day port), it does not work and cannot be fixed or replaced or has carried less than 500 MB. **MENA Proxies** credits US dollars to your balance; top-ups are not paid back to a wallet, except where the law requires it. Asking needs an email and a transaction ID, not identity documents.

## How do I request a credit?

1. **Write one email** — Send it to support@menaproxies.com, subject "Refund", from the address on the account if you added one.
2. **Point to the purchase** — Quote the date of the order, the plan bought and the TXID of the top-up behind it. Leave out your account number and proxy password.
3. **Explain in a line** — For example: "meant to buy 10 GB, bought 100 GB" or "port in Oman never arrived".

## Where does the credit go, and how fast?

Approved credits are added to your MENA Proxies balance in US dollars, and support confirms the amount by email. Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week. From the balance you can buy any residential plan, rotating mobile traffic or a port, in any of the countries on this site.

## What is not paid back?

- Crypto already credited to the balance: it is not paid out to a wallet, except where the law requires it.
- Network fees of the original transfer.
- Coins sent on a network or in an asset other than the one shown, or after the payment window closed, when they cannot be recovered.
- Balance and traffic of accounts closed under the [Acceptable Use Policy](https://menaproxies.com/acceptable-use/).

A national internet shutdown or a quiet hour in a small market costs you nothing: residential traffic is only counted when requests pass through the gateway.

## Can I dispute a crypto payment?

No: a confirmed blockchain transfer cannot be reversed by anyone, so there is no chargeback. This policy is the route for every claim, by email to support@menaproxies.com. It forms part of the [Terms of Service](https://menaproxies.com/terms/); the party that grants credits is ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA). A change to this policy applies to purchases made after the date at the top and is noted in the [changelog](https://menaproxies.com/changelog/).
