## How do I get a fast answer from support?

Say what you ran and what came back:

- the username you used, which shows the country, city and session (blank out the password);
- the site you were checking and the tool or library;
- the exact error, with the time and your time zone;
- for a payment, the coin, the network and the TXID.

Mention the country in the subject line when the issue is supply in one market, so that we can check that pool first.

## How do I report abuse from one of your IPs?

Send abuse@menaproxies.com the IP, when it happened (date, time, time zone), which host or URL received the traffic, what kind of abuse it was, and the log lines or headers that show it, plus a way to reach you. Each report is read by a person and confirmed abuse ends in suspension. If one of our customers sent the traffic, the [Acceptable Use Policy](https://menaproxies.com/acceptable-use/) applies; if the problem lies with an address range, the report goes to the partner network that supplies it.

## What if I have lost my account number?

Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered. If you added an email, write from that address and we help you back in. Knowing the transaction ID, amount or date of a payment is not proof that an account is yours.
